I know that laws have an important place in ensuring social order and I think this is necessary. But if you think that we will destroy injustice and lovelessness by organizing every area of life only by law, you will deceive yourself. In this regard, belief values and a number of customs and traditions of the society for centuries have an important place among the institutions that provide social order. If you have pushed the values of belief aside for years and even showed religious values as the cause of backwardness and loveless in the society, and tried to replace the values of the West, in this way, if you have dominated lovelessness in the attitude of people towards each other, in other words, it has made life only material values, If you have brought the precious thing to the point where it is matter, and beyond that, if you have removed the relationships between people and human-animal relations in the society, know that this work cannot be regulated only by legal regulations. In short, if there are only laws to be taken to protect animal rights, you should know that the laws are not enough.

It should not be forgotten that the law is not a means of placing love in hearts, it cannot be. For this, wherever there is a problem in the society, first of all, the love of people and animals, in other words, a sense of love towards the living thing should be placed in the heart of people. While saying all this, I am not acting against the animal rights law expected in the Assembly in the coming days. However, in my childhood, I think of my days in my homeland, which are intertwined with animals such as cats, dogs, chickens, horses, donkeys, cows and buffaloes. Children or adults would take care of the animals around them. Animals were an indispensable part of people's lives. After getting out of there and coming to big cities, they started to move away from our lives. Although there are various reasons for this, primarily the lifestyle of big cities necessarily removed heavy animals from our lives. Even cat and dog breeding became difficult in the apartments. It even became like punishing animals.

Another issue brought about by urbanization started to replace the love of animals with fear. Although there are various reasons for this, suggestions that contact with animals coming from the environment will cause diseases have also been effective in this. In short, children began to fear, not love, animals in cities. In this way, how will laws to be enacted to protect animals replace love with fear in the hearts of people?

My concern is not just about the mortar rights. It is not going to turn the anger in our hearts into love in the arrangements to be made by dividing the society into parts such as children's rights and women's rights. In this respect, you cannot eliminate the murders of women or the reactions to the mortars by law. Then, first of all, we need to take care of our belief values and see living things as the creations of Allah and learn how to approach them with love, in other words, take steps to form love buds with our hearts. I know this is not as easy as passing the law. For this reason, instead of dealing with difficult, we are entering a path to find solutions to problems by law. Let me repeat that legal arrangements are very important to ensure social order, but first we have to see ourselves that we will not be able to get the necessary result with a material measure that we put in place of the spiritual values we have removed from our lives. In short, it will not be possible to get the desired result by neglecting the moral values that will ensure the social order.
