Everyone has a duty to deal with this extraordinary situation with as little damage and as soon as possible. Especially those who are in the position of managers need to take steps and make decisions with coolness. Because the misunderstanding of a wrong decision and making a new decision can cause serious problems. For example, while the banning of the sale of masks blocked the opportunists, those who went out on the same days were asked to wear masks and a contradiction was created. The state promised to distribute free masks to everyone, but since there is no preliminary preparation for a nationwide distribution, while free masks cannot be delivered to people, it was also prevented from selling with money. I don't know how accurate it is to say it was blocked. Because the sale of masks is continued in some workplaces, claiming that they are either underhand or that those forbidden to sell are different from their own. As such, both the seller and the seller experience a contradiction and anxiety.
In this regard, I think it would be more accurate to limit the sale price and control it, rather than to prohibit the sale. Especially in mask production, it is seen that there is a serious struggle with unhealthy conditions and contrary to the standards.
Of course, we are happy to send medical supplies, especially masks, to countries that request assistance. However, it is a pity that this issue has not been resolved clearly. Because we can help other countries, there is no problem, especially in mask production. The problem is experienced only in the implementation of the application, which will be given for free. I know that such a distribution is not easy, but at least while explaining that the sale of masks is forbidden, it is clearly determined what kind of masks are forbidden to sell, and at the same time, neighborhood headmen could be commissioned, even municipalities could be commissioned in this regard rather than gathering free distribution in one hand. Thus, free mask distribution could be implemented without delay.
Uncertainty was prevented by explaining that with the end of the epidemic, compensation education will be held in primary and secondary education, exams will be held in the subjects studied in the first semester of this academic year. However, uncertainty did not come to an end when voicing different views on how to resolve the issue at universities. The AK Party Group brought the legislative arrangement to the Assembly, which envisages compensatory education in higher education after the epidemic. It will become lawful nowadays. Thus, the uneasiness of university students will end. Because at some universities, Thursday (yesterday), the distance education in question could not be implemented in a healthy way. The coming up of compensatory education in the summer months will put an end to this uncertainty. Especially university senior students were experiencing a serious stress. The fact that distance education could not be fully implemented caused these students to face the loss of years.
As a result, there is nothing to be dismissed that everybody and every part of the society face some difficulties during this epidemic period. However, correcting the missing decisions made in a short time will reduce the losses. In this regard, it would be beneficial to put compensatory education on the legal ground in higher education in summer.
