When negotiations between delegations with Russia in Ankara failed, this time the same talks were held in Russia. While negotiations in both Ankara and Russia were continuing, air and land attacks were continuing in Idlib and its surrounding settlements in Syria. This situation was included in the media during the negotiations with Russia under the heading "Russia hits with air strikes, the regime hits overland." In fact, another development reflected in the media while these talks were continuing was reflected under the heading “6 military observation points remained in the regime area”. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said in a statement, "Turkish and Russian soldiers on the ground are in contact". Finally, another article on the same page of a newspaper on the same day said, "Shipment of Turkish Armed Forces to Idlib continues."

Seeing that Turkey days of talks between the delegations to find a solution to Idlib issue between Russia long while the Russian side is placed next to persistently regime, is staying sense of the talks between the delegations if they provide support to Idlib oriented regime attacks? In our opinion, time is spent with meaningless and fruitless negotiations. Meanwhile, regime forces are capturing their target locations. That's the point. If we take one step further, could Turkish and Russian delegations be a logical explanation for the joint patrols of Turkish and Russian soldiers in Syria while their negotiations continue in Moscow?

Let me quickly state that if all of the news we are trying to convey is correct, the negotiations continue to be meaningless. None are wrong, then should not it also belied by the news that Russia and Turkey are wrong? Because I have stayed in the area where Russia's support to Turkey's military observation point 6 Check the regime in Turkey brings to mind the idea that Russia would like to draw directly into the conflict in Syria. This reminds me of the fact that he will not be friends with Russia.

Idlib in Syria and especially Turkey and Russia in these developments, while on the same day, "Trump thanks Erdogan over Idlib" was taking place under the heading of news. Let me quickly state that trusting Trump's thanks and taking it seriously will also lay the ground for a new error. Another development that I would like to draw attention to was in the media, under the heading "The move for triple summit from Ankara". In the news content, "Ankara, last September at Cankaya Palace made in Turkey, Russia and Iran Trilateral Leaders' Summit began on the sixth attempt," he said. In other words, it is obvious that there have been 5 peaks before. More precisely, no results have been obtained, and it does not seem realistic to expect a sixth result.

I am not referring these as an expression of hopelessness. However, since the interests are only in the foreground in international relations, the promises made are only for saving the day. When you get off the table, the main target comes into play. It is the interests of countries. All if their explanation after this point only, "Russia hits with air strikes, the regime hits overland" is from the merely that there is a sense of table top discussions, it is understood that tried to solve business in the land, which attract Russia Turkey into the conflict in Syria means he wants. Let me remind you that the USA does not have a different attitude than Russia. It should not be deceived that Trump thanked Erdogan for Idlib. Of course, if necessary, it can be entered into the war, but it has to be evaluated correctly how to get to this point in Syria and what kind of benefit can be obtained from it.
