The election campaign carried out has been brought to such a point that you think we are not going to an election, but preparations are being made for a coup, in other words, we are preparing for war. Do not ask where this came from, because the statements made every day, especially from the wing of power, began to narrow my soul personally.
As a result, I don't feel like writing. Because the government has so hardened its style and built it on slander that it is difficult for people to understand how much of what is said is right and how much is wrong. In fact, he has difficulty in deciphering how what is said has come to such a point, rather than having difficulty in understanding what is being said.
Because at a point 11 days before the elections, it is claimed that the opposition acts together with terrorists and terrorist organizations almost every day. Those who say this are the people in power. However, if the owners of this claim are members of the government, they should act in accordance with what they say, and those who act together with terrorists and terrorist organizations should be referred to the judiciary with the evidence collected by the state's security forces.
If there is no evidence for what was said, if the issue is only to protect their power by discrediting the opposition from the public, then shouldn't those who built the election campaign on lies and slander be brought to the judiciary? Because we have come to such a point that the government is constantly bombarding one wing of the opposition with lies, forcing the society to vote for them. Of course, every party that enters the election aspires to get the vote of the society. However, developing an attitude and rhetoric that means everything is permissible makes politics ugly.
It has come to such a point that it is impossible to believe what is said, beyond being surprised. For example, an official may come out and say that even if this nation were elected with the support of Qandil, he would not give them the said positions. However, if the elections were held and the opposition won the election, it means that the opposition was deemed worthy of the government. So, how and with what logic will a society oppose a political cadre, which it has voluntarily brought to power, after the elections, "You cannot sit in these seats"?
In the meantime, one wonders whether those who accuse the opposition of mandate people believe what they say. Because the campaign has come to such a point that everything that comes to mind is said, and beyond that, how is it that a political cadre expects the acceptance of everything they do and say by the whole society?
Doesn't such a logic prevent democracy, and beyond that, elections? Because in democracies, elections are the only mechanism in determining who will govern the country. If this mechanism is to be rendered inoperative in various ways, then any practice that does not serve the power holders to protect their power is accepted.
In short, the confusion of minds and forcing the society to believe the lies told cause depression in people. This inevitably triggers social segregation. People can no longer talk about mutual country issues, a part of the society believes that they only know and say the truth, and it would not be wrong to say that if every conceivable slander is made against the opposition, it is not wrong to say that they are on the wrong path.
However, we have experienced many election campaigns over the years, and there has never been an election campaign in which the society was disturbed and such a mass of slanders and lies were spread around. Elections were held, whoever won would take over the task, and the loser would congratulate the newly elected ones and hand over their duties. Because no matter what office you hold, people are mortal.
And there is a handover in all tasks. There is no need for people to yell at each other like that. Because all authority in this world is temporary. Knowing this fact, the task is applied for. Otherwise, they should know that it will not be possible to hold an office until they die.
In short; My wish is that the increasingly ugly and discriminatory style will turn into a challenge against those who do not think like them, and it will make it difficult for people to talk to each other after the elections.
