Until the weather got cold, statements were made almost every day about the coronavirus pandemic, which frightened people. In particular, it was emphasized that the Omicron variant of the pandemic spread very quickly and that it was dangerous with this aspect. However, despite all these explanations, the necessary diligence was not and is not shown in practice. Necessary meticulousness was not shown in practice, not to interfere with the crowds in closed areas. Particular attention was drawn at every opportunity not to mingle with the crowds in closed areas, and it still is, but at least one indoor meeting is reflected on television screens almost every day. Movie theaters have almost turned into epidemic challenge areas. As such, people can't help but wonder if they are getting used to the epidemic. In the meantime, a movie that has just entered the vision is persistently advertised on TRT, state channel. I think the tearful expression of appreciation by the people coming out of the cinema has an important role in filling the halls. Let me say right away that our people should not break away from art activities such as cinema and theater. However, while doing this, it should not be forgotten that some statements that are repeated almost every day are invalidated.

It can be said that the audience is taken to the movie theaters by skipping the seats, that is, they are trying to be protected from the epidemic. Even if this is fully implemented, it is either forgotten that being in a crowd in a closed area for more than 1.5 hours will be effective in the rapid spread of the epidemic or the statements made by the experts are not taken seriously. However, we see and know that the epidemic cannot be taken lightly. The number of people who lost their lives due to the epidemic in the world is approaching 6 million. In our country, the number of people who lost their lives due to the epidemic almost every day is around 150-200. In other words, more than 150 of our people die from the epidemic every day. Needless to say, this is not trivial, I suppose. As a society, if we do not think of dying as fainting, we are faced with a very serious epidemic. It should not be forgotten that when three new cases are seen in a province in China, a province with a population of millions can be put into total quarantine, and the entire population of that province is tested. In other words, we need to take the epidemic seriously, not to do anything to make the statements, and to be meticulous about the implementation of the statements made. While drawing attention to the danger of the epidemic on one hand, on the other hand, if the necessary care is not shown in the implementation of the statements made and the decisions taken, if the managers do not act sensitively to show it, the explanations lose their meaning after a while. On top of that, citizens no longer feel compelled to apply these explanations to their cats.

While drawing attention to the dangers of staying for a long time in public transport and closed areas, the frequent indoor meetings of the rulers of the country inevitably bring to mind the question of whether this epidemic stays away from some people. In short, as a society, it is imperative that the mentality that the epidemic is oppressing someone should come to an end.

On the one hand, while some events are being held in the closed halls, on the other hand, if those who are stuck at the airports due to heavy snow in Istanbul have to spend the night on the cardboards thrown on the ground, it means that the epidemic is not taken seriously in that country. Therefore, from now on, either the experts of a number of subjects should not explain how to protect from the epidemic, or someone should not see themselves among those who were born from the epidemic. If there is a torpedo that can be used against such an epidemic, this situation should be shared with the nation.
