While the forest fires that broke out in various corners of our country recently burned our hearts, the flood disasters in the Black Sea Region, especially in Giresun, made our pain more painful. Meanwhile, the recent increasing fatal traffic accidents are creating a separate pain. At a time when such pain is increasing, we have to unite and share the pain as a nation. In fact, the attitude of our people is also in this direction. However, some exaggeration and disdain come into play due to a number of political calculations and this distances people from each other. In this respect, even such a development has been a matter of discussion, especially when we had to experience the satisfaction created by the natural gas reserve in the Black Sea. However, while those who were in positions of responsibility exaggerated the events, some chose to belittle the incident in the face of this exaggeration. Both attitudes were wrong. Having natural gas reserves is a delightful event, but it does not mean that all our problems are over. Especially if the current account deficit will be closed in this way, it does not go beyond exaggerating the event. Because when the gas will be released, it is not clear when it will be released. However, it is certain that it is an important development. In this respect, it was wrong to either exaggerate or underestimate an important development for the sake of politics.

After touching some of the agenda items of the last days, I would like to return to the preparations for a visit from Israel and the USA to Sudan after the coup in Sudan, which I put it in the headline. It is known that the UAE played the leading role in these developments. For this, the agreement signed between the UAE and Israel was the first step of possible developments. Following the agreement, the UAE mediated between Sudan's coup regime and Israel, and as a result, Mossad President Kohen met with Sudan officials, and US Secretary of State Pompeo is also among the news reflected in the media that he will go to Sudan in the coming days. Meanwhile, Trump's son-in-law is also on the line. According to reports, it is stated that Pompeo will visit the Middle East at the beginning of September. In short, the United States organizes this visit on behalf of Israel on the one hand, and on the other to reinforce its own interests. Steps are being taken to strengthen Israel's hand in the Middle East and Africa through a number of Muslim rulers.

The point I want to draw attention to is the increased interest of Israel and the USA in Sudan not long after the coup in Sudan. When the reasons for the coup in Sudan are investigated, it would not be wrong to say that the USA and Israel were behind the coup. It is seen that the projects of the USA for the Islamic world were implemented either by the coup plotters or by some Muslim administrators. For this, our task should be to search behind the visible and expressed form of events. If this is not done, with the influence of the propaganda of the imperialist powers, the imperialist plans will be supported, often without realizing it. According to media reports, Trump's son-in-law Kushner and US Security Advisor O'Brien will accompany Pompeo's visit to our region. Pompeo will visit Israel and the UAE according to the schedule announced during his visit. According to the undisclosed schedule, Pompeo will add Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Sudan to its visit. In short, it would not be wrong to say that these visits will not mean anything other than the further confusion of the Islamic world and that Israel only aims to strengthen its hand.
