Two different headlines caught my attention on two separate pages of a newspaper of the same date. One of them was taken from the speech of Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu and said, “Let's fight coup and terrorism together. It was given under the heading “Europe needs Turkey”.
On the back of the same page, taken from a speech by President Erdogan, it was given under the heading "The dream of a common future with Europe is difficult".
After dwelling on the topics, if they needed a Turkey that has been waiting at the EU gate for years, wouldn't we be a member of the EU already?
I mean, it's up to them to know whether Europe needs us or not. However, first of all, our position on Europe needs to be clarified. Because when we say to ourselves that Europe needs us, it is obvious that Europeans do not have such a need.
If Europe needed Turkey, instead of supporting our fight against terrorism by hosting terrorists in their countries for years and supporting them in every way, it would not be wrong to say that all that was said is a lie.
We are experiencing the same contradictory situation in our relations with the USA. We describe the USA as a friend and ally at every opportunity, but the fact that this is not true is revealed by the USA with some words and actions at every opportunity. Many examples of this are on display almost every day. For example, terrorists are supported with weapons and money. Not only that, US officers train terrorists.
It is no longer known what these things are. It is also known that after Iraq, an autonomous region was tried to be created in Syria, even steps were taken, and the location of the autonomous region to be created was determined.
At this point, considering that EU countries act together with the US on supporting terrorism and support each other on every platform, the fact that Turkey makes some unrealistic assessments for the US and the EU does not go beyond just deceiving ourselves.
Because the global powers have agreed not to step on each other's feet while exploiting the world. When we look at the issue from this perspective, we have to see that evaluating our relations with Russia only by looking at today's conditions will not lead us to a correct conclusion.
As a final word, it will suffice to remember that not only the USA but also the EU countries sided with Greece, since even NATO, of which we are a member, has had some problems with Greece. In this respect, the world order only serves the goals of the Crusader-Zionist alliance. They do this on purpose in the EU and the US.
They make us feel that Greece is indispensable for us, no matter what you think. In fact, the USA, EU and Greece act together in supporting terrorism. In this respect, an approach like Europe needs us means nothing more than deceiving ourselves. At this point, there may be such actions and discourses in diplomacy.
It can be said that the important thing should not be overlooked. I don't have any objection to this, but there are also obvious events and attitudes displayed. I think, even though you have perceptions that your diploma is a profession to deceive others, at least we should not deceive ourselves.
