The attitude of international organizations such as NATO, the UN and the EU, especially the USA, against Russia's invasion movement towards Ukraine clearly shows that the front, which we can briefly describe as the West, preferred to be content with producing words.

They did not take a step to ensure that Ukraine escaped the attacks, nor did they try to prevent the war with some economic moves, knowing that it would not yield any results in the short term. However, Russia's invasion plan for Ukraine goes back years. Meanwhile, the fact that Ukraine was not included in the EU and NATO gave Russia the courage to make a move, and in a way, as a result of a bilateral agreement between the USA and Russia, it was left to make a move on Ukraine, which was left to Russia's share.

Unfortunately, although the location of Russia was clearly known, neither the United States nor the UN could move from their places. They have done their duty by supporting the Ukrainians, who had to leave their country as a result of the attack, with some essential items(!)

Of course, while they had the opportunity to prevent the war, it was not possible for those who did not do this to absolve themselves of their responsibilities with actions that could correspond to the aid provided by some non-governmental organizations. Despite this, especially after the start of the conflict, Ukraine called for support based on its trust in the West, but unfortunately no steps were taken.

Meanwhile, Poland, where most of the Ukrainians who had to leave their country took refuge, offered to give their planes from the Soviet Union to Ukraine in order to support its neighbor. He shared his thoughts on this issue with the USA. Poland offered to buy new planes from the USA by giving the old planes to Ukraine. The USA, which did not initially react negatively to this offer, after a while, both the USA and NATO, stayed away from the business of delivering Polish old planes to Ukraine. They attributed this to the reason that the delivery of Poland's seki planes to Ukraine might cause conflict with Russia. In other words, they made a statement similar to the approach that they would not engage in conflict against Russia, which they repeated several times before and after the conflict.

It was reflected in the media that Poland's proposal to send MiG-29s to Ukraine from the NATO base in Germany was rejected on the grounds that it could lead NATO to confront Russia directly.

In other words, it seems that an agreement was reached between the USA and Russia before the conflict even started. Accordingly, Ukraine was ceded to Russia. In other words, the promise that Ukraine would not be accepted into NATO and the EU was kept true to years ago. This shows that the USA and its supporters, who pushed Ukraine into the conflict, remained faithful to the promise they made to Russia, not Ukraine. The fact that millions of people migrated from Ukraine to other places showed that even the fact that tens of thousands of them lost their lives in the attacks, especially women and children, is not considered important.

As such, it has once again shown that it is not possible to rely on Russia, the USA or some international organizations. In short, the agreements during the cold war years still prevail between the two sides.
