Our newspaper has entered its 50th anniversary today. For this, first of all, I would like to thank our readers who have followed our newspaper for 50 years and always supported it to keep it alive. Of course, by the way, not forgetting those who have worked since the founding day of the newspaper, I owe them a debt of gratitude, and I ask those who are alive to remember them in their prayers. Because I see our newspaper differently from other newspapers and I think it does a serious job. At the beginning of this task, I attach great importance to Milli Gazete, as it replaces the misconceptions that have been taken for granted by the society with the understanding of right and wrong. In addition, Milli Gazete created a new window and a new perspective for our people who do not define themselves as right-wing or left-wing. In this regard, the understanding and approach of our late Erbakan Hodja, 'there is no right and left, there is right and wrong' since the day he took his place on the political scene, has been valid not only in the political scene, but also in all areas of life. In short, some politicians had deviated from the convenience of determining the amount of votes that would fall to their share in the elections by dividing the society as right and left or progressive and reactionary until then.
In short, the shortest way to gather votes and to be effective in the administration of the country in a divided society has been made through the right-left separation. As a result of this, instead of finding solutions to the problems of the country, the problems accumulated and caused us to become weak as a country.

While my aim was not to dedicate my article to the 50th anniversary of our Milli Gazete for today, but to touch on this first, and then to consider one of the daily events and to look at the issue from the point of view of National Vision, when I started writing, I realized that I came to the point of filling half of the column reserved for me.
However, I would like to dwell on the fact that the Covid-19 pandemic has gradually increased in the last week and has come to the point of wrapping the whole country from one end to the other. Maybe some of my readers may think that I dwell on the epidemic too much and make people nervous. Let me state right away that it is not my intention to upset anyone. However, I would like to draw attention to the fact that it is much more difficult not to dwell on the confusion that has arisen in our nation as a result of the contradictory statements made.
Because the statements made by the rulers of the country and the health professionals who are experts in this field almost every day are full of contradictions, our people have come to a point where they do not know who and which explanation to follow. In the first days when the Omicron variant of the virus came to the fore in the pandemic, it was frequently repeated that the virus would be out of our agenda with this variant. However, it has become increasingly apparent that this variant is spreading and spreading much more quickly. As such, daily cases are around 60,000. In the meantime, while we were saying that the covid epidemic will go out of our lives with the flu, the statements "Super flu is heavier than Covid" have started to make headlines in the newspapers. Moreover, it is noted that Omicron has changed the case map, and it is pointed out that there is a 'time for strict precaution' and it is emphasized that the Omicron variant of the Covid is spreading rapidly, especially by stating that it should not be in queues and public transportation vehicles as much as possible.
In a way, people are reminded to stay in their homes as at the beginning of the epidemic, but it is not possible for the citizens to decide. Measures to be taken by the state are necessary. In short, I would like to write something else on the 50th anniversary of our newspaper, but I wanted to emphasize the need to personally comply with the necessary measures, not to alarm the society on a matter that concerns human health and life.
With these feelings, I would like to end my article with the wish "We are here, we are going, long live the Milli Gazete".
