When I saw the news in a pro-government newspaper under the headline “The politics of love is gone, the politics of fear came”, I immediately thought of the harsh style displayed by the ruling wing against the opposition for months and years, and I wondered whether the ruling wing would abandon the politics of fear and implement a politics of love.

Because the patent of the politics of fear in our country belongs to the People's Alliance. Let me point out right away that, in fact, when the need to abandon the separation and fear politics of our country's power wing, I thought that such a change would be good for our people.

However, when I read the news a little bit, it was the opposition that abandoned the politics of love and turned to the politics of fear. We are not in a position to criticize those who have always chosen to engage in a politics of fear, albeit late, in their decision to change their attitude from now on. The readers of this column know that I always draw attention to the fact that the country needs love, peace, not separation, but embracement.

Because the harsh, exclusionary style of the power wing oppresses people and it is not right for our people to be pushed into such a tension for the sake of politics, do I need to tell you?

Meanwhile, there has been no change in the fear and intimidation policy of the ruling wing. The only thing that attracts the attention of the spokespersons of the government is the expression of the fact that the spokespersons of the Nation Alliance have preferred a behavior that is in favor of peace and in favor of love, no matter how hard the opposing side has hardened their rhetoric, albeit late.

Moreover, no matter how much the spokespersons of the Nation Alliance are in favor of the politics of love, it would be against the nature of the matter to expect the ruling wing to be satisfied with it. In short, if the evaluation of the Nation Alliance spokesmen's policy of love during a campaign is really an honest evaluation, hasn't this fact been noticed until today?

Or is this news coming to the fore because they think that it would be against them to be noticed and confessed, because it would be against the tone that the opposition has started to display these days? Do they get angry because a new attitude similar to their own has emerged due to the fact that the opposition's tone a little hardened in the second round of the election, because it is the basis of their policy to reject and try to defame the love policy that they do not adopt, regardless of its content?

In other words, I do not know whether they express that the politics of love and the politics of fear can be their own, but let love, not fear, dominate politics. Believe me, our people need this very much.

By the way, as claimed in the news, there is no effort to instill fear in the tone of the Nation Alliance partners beyond raising the tone a bit. It is only stated that some unlawful acts that come to the agenda from time to time will be held accountable when the government comes to power, and the nation is promised in this regard.

In other words, it is not possible for fear to replace the style of love. Regardless of the opposition in terms of dividing and suppressing the society, it cannot compete with the People's Alliance. Because the spokespersons of the People's Alliance harden their tone even in a normal press conference, they prefer to talk loudly by devaluing the other side, while it is possible to talk about their problems in a normal tone.

In this respect, both Kılıçdaroğlu and the other partners cannot replace the politics of love with the politics of fear, even if they want to. It's not just a matter of style, it's a matter of the heart. As long as we don't rip the love out of our hearts.
