Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, Turkey's most important farmer organization, has been managed by an "unlawful" general manager for 3 years.

Although the Milli Gazete documented the appointment of the general manager to the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, which was made in violation of the legislation, 1.5 years ago, this scandal was covered up by not taking any action regarding the appointment.

Despite the fact that the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has supervisory authority in Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, the inspector of the ministry could not even make any examination regarding the unlawful appointment.

While it is proven with the documents that General Manager Fahrettin Poyraz was appointed to Agricultural Credit Cooperatives in violation of the legislation, the deactivation of institutions and rules in this regard, "Who is protecting him?" While bringing the question to the agenda, the management of Turkey's most rooted farmer organization with 1 million 100 thousand partners by an unlawful person for 3 years has already gone down in history as a major scandal.

6 BILLION DOLLARS GOLD RESERVE IS ENCOUNTERED TO THE GENERAL MANAGER

While the lawyers draw attention to the unlawfulness of all transactions carried out in the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives for 3 years, they point to GÜBRETAŞ's gold reserve of 6 billion dollars to show what kind of disaster the institution has been dragged into. It is pointed out that all the signatures of Fahrettin Poyraz, who is also the chairman of the board of directors of GÜBRETAŞ due to his duty in Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, regarding the gold reserve are controversial.

EVEN THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE DIDN'T SAY "NO ILLEGAL APPOINTMENT"

While the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry did not carry out any investigation or investigation regarding the unlawfulness in Tarım Kredi, farmer Nihat Babaözü from Polatlı, one of the partners of agriculture credit (Tarım Kredi), filed a criminal complaint with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the unlawfulness in agriculture credit (Tarım Kredi). In the criminal complaint regarding the unlawful appointment of Poyraz, it was noteworthy that the prosecutor's office gave the decision of non-prosecution without going into the merits. While the lawyers pointed out that the decision of the prosecutor's office without going into the merits was a decision that showed the right of the farmer partner and strengthened his hand, the farmer partner objected to the decision of the prosecutor's office.

POYRAZ DISPLACES THE FACTS ABOUT THE MİLLİ GAZETE

It is also noteworthy that Poyraz distorted the facts by claiming that he won all the lawsuits he filed against the news made by the Milli Gazete that he was appointed in violation of the legislation. "Unlawful appointment to 1 million 100 thousand farmers!" It is meaningful that Poyraz, who could not even file a criminal complaint against the newspaper and our reporter who made the news about the content of our headline news, tried to cover up the scandal regarding his unlawful appointment with the mass access ban and refutation decisions he had made through certain judgeships.

THE MONTHLY REVENUE OF THE ILLEGAL GENERAL MANAGER UPS 180,000 LIRA

It is seen that Poyraz, who has been working in Agricultural Credit Cooperatives for 3 years in violation of the institutional regulations, has made a great fortune during this time. Poyraz, who could not explain his monthly income despite working in an institution operated by the farmer's capital, also revealed his reservation here. According to the information received, Poyraz, who receives an average of 50,000 lira per month, receives a salary bonus every 3 months. Apart from 4 bonuses, Poyraz receives an incentive premium of 2 to 3 salaries a year, and receives a monthly attendance fee of 12,000 TL from GÜBRETAŞ and Social Assistance Foundation. In addition to all these incomes, it was revealed that Poyraz received a monthly attendance fee of 7,000 euros from RAZİ, of which GÜBRETAŞ has a 48 percent share in Iran. At the same time, Poyraz's monthly income, which receives a parliamentary pension, reaches 180,000 liras, excluding travel allowance, per diem and spending cards.

As it is known, Poyraz, who made a statement about the attendance fee he received in the past days, said that he only received the attendance fee from GÜBRETAŞ. He also cited the institutional legislation as a reason for this. However, it was noteworthy that Poyraz concealed it from the public by not disclosing the attendance fees he received from the Social Assistance Foundation and RAZI, which were not included in the institutional legislation.

In Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, while the unlawful general manager made a fortune with the high salary, bonuses, incentive premiums and attendance fees he received in 3 years, the fact that the farmer partners, who are the main owners of the capital, were not paid even a penny.
