The child actually begins to be exposed to external influences in the womb. There is a direct interaction between child policies, women's rights, mother's rights and children's rights, which should be carried out starting from the process in the womb. We will teach the child to be a subject. We cannot protect children's rights with an understanding of children's education and children, which we do not want them to talk about, who must be silent in the presence of adults, and who do not need to take any initiative. The child is the subject,” he said.
