IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, which is a bridge between the oppressed and benefactors all over the world, has started working on the long-standing drought in East Africa. Since October 2020, drought has been continuing, especially in the northeastern parts of Africa. The region, which includes countries such as Ethiopia, Somalia and Kenya, has been experiencing an unprecedented drought for at least the last 40 years. In connection with the drought, there is a great food crisis in countries. IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, which has been carrying out humanitarian aid activities in Africa for many years, took action to deliver aid to countries affected by drought. IHH took action to initiate new and comprehensive aid efforts for countries affected by drought. With the works planned to be started in the coming days, IHH aims to deliver food and hygiene packages to the Horn of Africa. In addition, it is aimed to provide assistance in the field of health in countries where health services are largely interrupted.
