Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar made a radio call from TCG Kemal Reis to the personnel participating in the Blue Homeland-2022 Exercise.
Congratulating the personnel who participated in the exercise with his radio speech for their success, Minister Akar said, “You have once again shown to the whole world that the elements of the Naval Forces, Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Command are ready and determined to carry out any task to be given in order to protect our maritime rights, interests and benefits in our Blue Homeland. You also make an important contribution to world peace and stability by flying our flag in all the world's seas. In addition to this, you are constantly improving and raising your education level with such exercises. Due to the very successful realization of this exercise, which was prepared and carried out with great efforts, all members of our Naval Forces, especially the Commander of the Naval Forces, as well as the Land, Air, Gendarmerie and Coast Guard, who contributed and participated in this exercise. On behalf of myself and my fellow commanders, once again, I heartily congratulate the valuable members of their command and other public institutions, and kiss each of you on the foreheads. Hero Levends, the indomitable protectors of the Blue Homeland, our seas are calm, your bow is clear and good luck with your path.”
