Discussions continue about the scope of the 3600 additional indicator regulations, which millions of civil servants and retired civil servants are waiting for. Making a statement on the subject, Ali Yalçın, Chairman of the "Memur-Sen" labour union, stated that they are working to ensure that no civil servants and retirees are excluded.
"WE WORK TO MAKE A FAIR REGULATION"
Stating that the public officials were nervous because of some news about the regulation, Yalçın explained that as "Memur-Sen", they submitted their proposals regarding the regulation down to the smallest detail.
"Our request is clear and unequivocal. Because there is a formula that will increase everyone's pension and retirement bonus. This can be of two kinds. Either you will raise the additional indicators or you will increase the 'compensation reflectance' to get the benefit of raising the additional indicator. The main expectation in this arrangement; pension and pension increase. We are trying to make a fair and equitable work by including the Auxiliary Servants who do not have any additional indicators," Yalcin said.
“WE HOPE THIS MEETING WILL BE THE LAST”
Making a statement about the third meeting planned to be held in the coming days, Yalçın also stated that the Ministry of Labor and Social Security will present its proposal to the table for the first time at the meeting.
"I hope that the first proposal to come in 3 meetings will be a proposal that meets expectations and the last meeting. It is not possible for us to form a sentence on this subject without seeing the proposal for the last meeting or the preliminary meeting. The ministry expressed on several occasions that they are in search of a fair and equitable arrangement in the Ministry that will please everyone. This is our hope, our effort and our expectation," he added.
