The 7th Term Collective Agreement negotiations, which will determine the financial and social rights of public officials for the years 2024-2025, continue with the preliminary negotiations of the proposals of the service branches.
The commission meeting on the negotiation of the service branch proposals for Diyanet and foundation officials was held at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security with the participation of union and public employer committee representatives.
Ali Yalçın, Chairman of the Board of Public Servants Unions and Chairman of Memur-Sen, attended the commission meeting and accompanied the negotiations, wishing that the collective bargaining process would be completed with a result that would solve the problems of the Diyanet and foundation officials service branch employees and increase their gains.
“GRIEVANCES MUST BE SOLVED”
Diyanet-Sen Chairman Ali Yıldız stated that as a union, they brought the proposals that will eliminate the loss of rights, injustices and grievances to the collective bargaining table.
"We expect the will of the public employers' committee, namely the government, to contribute to the solution of the problems. We will work, strive and struggle, as we have done so far, for the acceptance of our proposals, consisting of the demands of our members, Diyanet and foundation officials, solutions to problems, elimination of grievances, and elimination of injustices," he said.
