All Education Employees' Union (TEÇ-SEN), affiliated to the Confederation of Independent Public Employees' Unions (BASK), will march from Bolu to Ankara in order to solve the problems within the personnel, financial, social and economic rights of public officials, which are frequently on the agenda with the recent salary increases.
TEÇ-SEN Chairman Ümit Demirel stated that many problems of public employees are waiting for a solution.
"Together with our march, we will call for solving the problems of public employees," Demirel said.
Demirel pointed out that the regulation of 3600 additional indicators, which public employees have been waiting for a long time, needs to be rearranged, and stated that a regulation should be made in this regard as well.
"All public employees who work in the public sector and who are not included in the scope of 3600 additional indicators, especially our public chiefs, should be given 3600 additional indicators, and additional payments and special service compensations should be increased," Demirel added.
