AGD members gathered in front of the Israeli embassy in Ankara and reacted to Israel and those who support Israel.
Anatolian Youth Association (AGD) held "Conquest Meetings" all over the country in support of the "Aqsa Flood" operation launched by HAMAS against Israel.
AGD members and some citizens gathered in front of the Israeli Embassy in Ankara and expressed their support for Palestine and the struggle of the Palestinian people with slogans. Participants also reacted to Israel and those who support Israel.
"WE CELEBRATE THE SUCCESS OF THE OPERATION"
In his statement here, AGD Ankara Provincial Chairman Mustafa Koyuncu stated that Israel has occupied Islamic lands for nearly 100 years, massacred people, including women, elderly and children, and has grown "like a malignant cancer".
Stating that Israel had a painful experience of the reward of its reckless actions with the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, which achieved absolute success this morning, Koyuncu said that they gathered to celebrate the "success of the operation" and to show that they are shoulder to shoulder with the Palestinians and the mujahideen.
"ISRAEL HAS DONE EVERYTHING THAT WAS SAID CANNOT BE DONE"
Koyuncu noted that Masjid al-Aqsa is harassed and insulted every day by raids carried out by Jewish invaders.
"While innocent civilians are being shot in the streets, 10-year-old children are being arrested, the embargo and blockade in Gaza have intensified, and the dignity of not only our Palestinian brothers but also all Muslims continues to be violated every day and every moment, this operation is an attack not only on Israel but also on all the oppressors who drown the world in blood. It is an answer given. Against the infidels who rule the world from the towers of oppression, a handful of mujahideen reminded once again today that Allah is the sole and absolute owner of the earth, and did everything that was said to be 'unpenetrable, impenetrable, undoable'. Systems, satellites, intelligence networks, weapons, and most importantly, the perception of invincibility, on which billions of dollars were spent, have been destroyed," he said.
“THEY ARE NOT CIVILIANS, THEY ARE MILITIA FORCES”
"A community that has been coming to Palestine from all over the world for decades, stealing Palestinians' right to life by saying 'If I don't steal it, another Jew will steal it', attacking Palestinian grandmothers in the historical streets of Jerusalem, and receiving weapons training since childhood, they are not civilians but militia forces," Koyuncu added.
Palestinian Students Union Ankara Representative Abdurrahman Isam also stated that Turkey and the Turkish people have stood by the Palestinian people until today.
Isam stated that they expect the Turkish public to continue their support. The program ended with a prayer after reading the Surah al-Fath.
THOUSANDS GATHERED IN THE SQUARES IN ISTANBUL
Upon the call of AGD Istanbul Branch, thousands of people gathered in the garden of Fatih Mosque in Istanbul and performed the funeral prayer in absentia. Citizens who filled the area walked to Saraçhane Park with written banners in their hands after the prayer. Friends of Palestine unfurled Turkish and Palestinian flags and shouted slogans supporting HAMAS, which launched an attack on Israel from the blockaded Gaza Strip, and the Palestinian resistance.
STATEMENT FROM SALİH TURHAN
Addressing the participants, AGD and MGV Chairman Salih Turhan said that the news on social media about "Palestine targeting civilians" did not reflect the truth.
Turhan noted that the whole world knows that Israel kills civilians.
"Our brothers destroyed Israel's castles, which they said were 'impenetrable'. It smells like victory. With God's permission, it will not be limited to cruel Israel. We have seen that epics are not written with money, weapons or super powers, but with faith, sincerity, effort and martyrdom. In order to cast a shadow over the jihad of our Palestinian brothers on social media, they present it as if they were massacring civilians there. You are confusing it with Israel. We do not lend a hand to anyone who is oppressed," Turhan said.
