Condemning the trade that continues despite the ongoing occupation and massacres, AGD Deputy Chairman Mehmet Fatih Öztoprak said that they gathered to protest the trade from Türkiye's ports to Israel.
Citizens who came together in Hatay's Iskenderun district to support the Palestinians reacted to Israel's attacks on Gaza.
Members of the Anatolian Youth Association gathered in front of Iskenderun Port and protested the attacks of Israeli forces on Gaza.
BABIES WRAPPED IN SHROUDS
The group gathered to draw attention to Israel's ongoing attacks on Gaza since October 7, and carried dolls painted red and wrapped in shrouds, representing the murdered Gaza babies.
Making a press statement on behalf of the group chanting slogans against Israel with Palestinian flags, Anatolian Youth Association Deputy Chairman Mehmet Fatih Öztoprak said that they gathered to protest the trade from Türkiye's ports to Israel.

Stating that the boycott against Israel should also be carried out in trade, Öztoprak said, "The will shown by our beloved nation, which acts with a great boycott consciousness, from the food it eats to the drinks it drinks, from the clothes I wear to the store it shops at, will only be complete when all commercial activities with Israel are finally completed, not when I conclude my words with these feelings and thoughts, but in iron, steel and fuel oil in Türkiye. We do not accept and reject even a single pin from our country being sent to the Zionist and genocidal terrorist organization Israel."
Saadet Party Hatay Deputy Necmettin Çalışkan also stated that they are on the side of the Palestinians.
