Under the leadership of the Anatolian Youth Association (AGD), hundreds of thousands of young people will come together in a series of programs in Çanakkale. A series of programs organized to commemorate the 107th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory will start today at the Akbaş Martyrs' Cemetery in Çanakkale, in the morning prayer. Çanakkale Victory and 250,000 martyrs will be commemorated in the programs organized by the AGD University Commission and Secondary Schools Commissions.
YOUTH WILL COMMEMORATE THE MARTYRS OF CANAKKALE VICTORY IN THE CEMETERY
In the statement made by Anatolian Youth Association (AGD) regarding the programs to be held on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory, “In the 107th anniversary of the Çanakkale Victory of believers, we are meeting with the youth today in the morning prayer with the participation of thousands of people from all over Turkey, in the presence of our martyrs at the Akbaş Martyrs' Cemetery,” the statement said. Within the scope of the program, visits to martyrdoms, 250,000 reading the Qur’an from beginning to end and sapling planting activities for 250,000 martyrs will take place. AGD University Commission will be held the University Presidents Meeting in Çanakkale with the participation of university presidents from all provinces of Turkey.
CHILDREN IN CANAKKALE WITH THEIR FAMILIES
In the event titled "Father, Son together with to Çanakkale" organized by the AGD Secondary Schools Commission, thousands of children with their families are invited to Çanakkale, and it is aimed to tell the children about the epic Çanakkale Victory. In addition to the program, saplings will be planted in the name of martyrs in all provinces of Turkey until April 20, with the "250,000 Saplings for Martyrs" event.
