A statement came from HAMAS after the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) applied for an "arrest warrant" against Israeli administrators and HAMAS officials.
In the statement, it was stated that the arrest warrants issued against Palestinian resistance leaders were not based on a legal basis, and the chief prosecutor of the ICC was also strongly condemned for his effort to "equal the executioner and the victim".
HAMAS also requested the chief prosecutor of the ICC to issue an arrest warrant for all war criminal administrators in Israel.
HAMAS STRONGLY CONDEMNED THE ICC!
In the statement, which stated that the arrest warrants issued against Palestinian resistance leaders were not based on legal basis, HAMAS strongly condemned the chief prosecutor of the ICC for his effort to "equal executioner and victim".
HAMAS shared the opinion that any order given by the ICC against the resistance leaders is "contrary to the international agreements that give the Palestinian people and all the peoples of the world under occupation the right to resist the occupation."
THE HUMANITARIAN CRISIS IS DEEPENING
The dimension of the humanitarian crisis is gradually deepening as the occupying Israel has kept the Rafah and Kerem Abu Salim border gates closed for 14 days.
While Israeli forces prevented more than 3 thousand aid trucks from entering the Gaza Strip, they did not allow nearly 700 sick and injured people to leave the besieged Gaza for treatment.
In the statement made by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, it was emphasized that there is a serious shortage of medicine and medical supplies in the Gaza Strip, where Israel has been continuing its attacks for 227 days.
USA WAS NOT SURPRISED AGAIN!
US President Joe Biden described International Criminal Court (ICC) Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan's application for an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Galant as "shameful" and stated that they rejected it.
