Association of Religious and Foundation Officials of Türkiye "Diyanet-Sen" has completed the preparations for the 7th Term Collective Agreement to be held in August.
Making a written statement regarding the service branch proposals submitted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Diyanet-Sen Chairman Ali Yıldız stated that Diyanet-Sen, as an authorized union, has been defending the financial, personal and social rights and interests of its members at the collective bargaining table for 20 years.
“ALL PERSONNEL TO BENEFIT FROM 3600 ADDITIONAL INDICATORS”
Yıldız stated that among the service branch offers, all the personnel who ranked first should benefit from 3600 additional indicators.
"The employees of the Presidency of Religious Affairs and the General Directorate of Foundations generally benefit from 3600 additional indicators. However, there are personnel who cannot benefit. In terms of work peace, we do not find it right that the additional indicators of the personnel working in the same institution and doing the same job are different. We asked all personnel working in the Directorate of Religious Affairs and the General Directorate of Foundations to benefit from 3600 additional indicators," Yıldız said.
