The grievances of nearly 110,000 ‘servant’ personnel working in the auxiliary services class, who have been waiting to be appointed to the 'civil servant' staff for many years, continue. The 'Auxiliary Services Class' personnel, one of the leading grievances in public employment, now want their grievances to end.
After the steps taken for 3600 additional indicators last week, eyes were turned to the grievances of contracted personnel and auxiliary services class personnel. In the public sector, there are approximately 110,000 Auxiliary Services Class personnel working in various titles such as assistant technicians, servants, cooks, heaters, distributors, printers and so on. Due to this form of employment, which was created in 1965 and continues to this day, tens of thousands of personnel experience great grievances due to their financial and personal rights.
WORKERS REQUEST CADRE OF CIVIL SERVANT
Auxiliary Services workers, which have not taken any steps to solve their grievances they have experienced for years and are deprived of many rights, including promotion, now want a solution from the government. Employees who want the abolition of the Auxiliary Services Class, which was put into practice about 60 years ago but is no longer valid in today's conditions, demand to be appointed to civil servant positions in accordance with their job and education status.
