Films and scripts competing in 5 different categories this year received their awards at the Beyoğlu Atlas Cinema, at the ceremony.
The award ceremony of the 7th ‘Kıssadan Hisse’ Short Film Festival, organized by the Young Pioneers Youth, Sports and Education Association, was held at Beyoğlu Atlas Cinema last night. Awards in the categories of "Fiction", "Experimental", "Animation", "Documentary" and "High School" were presented to their owners. In the 7th ‘Kıssadan Hisse’ Short Film Festival, which received more than 600 works in total, more than 75 thousand TL were awarded to the films that were awarded in 5 categories among the 30 works that were evaluated by the jury and made it to the finals.

Aşkın Özcan, Short Film Festival Director, gave information about the events held within the scope of the competition. Expressing that they attach great importance to academic support as well as financial support, Özcan said, “At the festival, which lasted for seven days this year, the participants received training in animation, script and directing and attended to the panels. Our aim is both to exist in the cinema and to keep the excitement alive by paving the way for young talents.”
