Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Serdar Masoud Khan told the Milli Gazete about the latest developments in Jammu Kashmir, which has been under occupation in India for 107 days.
Underlining that India has committed genocide in Jammu Kashmir for 107 days, Mesud Khan said, "India is the largest imperialist nation in the region. They intend to eliminate the Kashmiri and do ethnic cleansing. The people of Azad Kashmir, Pakistanis, especially young people and women carry the seeds of anger. And in fact he wants to wage a war against India."
In India, after the extreme Hindu nationalist Modi administration invaded Jammu Kashmir, communication with the region ceased. While India is piling up close to 1 million troops to the region, Jammu Kashmiris have been unable to meet their basic needs for 107 days.
PEOPLE ARE IN A SLOW DEATH

"You are absolutely right, a massacre continues in Jammu and Kashmir. Young people and political leaders are being arrested collectively. The entire Jammu and Kashmir region has become a collective prison. Women are being executed, harassed and raped. There is no civil liberty there. Young men and political activists are being detained and tortured in concentration camps. The whole community is under siege. There are 900,000 soldiers there. There is no basic freedom, no freedom of movement and travel, no freedom of expression. People are in a state of slow death. This is a genocide and this is expressed by the genocide monitoring organization, an international organization. There are actually different genocide stages in Kashmir."

"We are grateful to the Turkish nation for its solidarity with the people of Pakistan and the people of Jammu and Kashmir. I would especially like to thank the Felicity Party for its support for the Kashmir case. I would also like to thank the Kashmir people for their right to self-determination. This support was started during Necmettin Erbakan's term but it has continued to this day. And when I came here in May this year, I met their current leader Temel Karamollaoğlu. I would like to thank all members and leaders of the Felicity Party for their continuous and permanent support of the Kashmiri rights. We welcomed such a positive mediation role to be played by countries such as the Islamic ummah and by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, or high potency Turkey."

I recently made contacts in Azad Kashmir. I found Azad Kashmir people angry. Apart from international diplomacy, what kind of a path should be followed in Kashmir?
"After this prolonged siege and cruelty to the Kashmiris, the Kashmiris will explode. Today is actually the day of not resisting because the invading Indian soldiers have already disarmed the Kashmiri. 9.5 million Kashmiri have no weapons. According to statistics issued by India's own police and security forces, the number of militants in Kashmir, which is very young children defending their homeland, is between 200-300. What is this figure against 900 thousand soldiers? In my opinion, resistance has already begun, civil disobedience has already begun. The internal reaction has already begun in occupied Kashmir. The second step is an explosion. The people of Azad Kashmir, Pakistanis, especially young men and women, carry the seeds of anger in them. And in fact, people wants to wage war against India. They are under pressure by the Indian occupation forces. The government of Azad Kashmir and the Pakistani government are also angry against these illegal steps taken by India. People are angry with the Indian occupation forces for committing these crimes under full armor of immunity against humanity."

Is there any study by imperialist countries on the terrorization of Jammu Kashmiris? Is there any progress?
"India is now the largest imperialist nation in the region. And the largest network of terrorists there is 900,000 Indian soldiers systematically killing Kashmiri. They intend to eliminate the Kashmiri and do ethnic cleansing. So this is the biggest threat. But at the same time, organizations like DEASH were seen to target unarmed civilians from time to time. The Indian government and security forces tell the world that they are fighting terrorists in Kashmir. As if there were armed terrorist organizations there. As I said before, there are very few people called militants."
