“The Armenian side continues to spread provocative information. News spread by the Armenian side about the alleged return of part of the territories liberated by the Azerbaijan Army is misinformation,” Dargahli said.
“The Azerbaijan Army is carrying out an operation to break the enemy’s resistance,” Dargahli added.
On Sunday, heavy fighting between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces erupted in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region.
Two sides reported that there were dead and wounded both among civilians and military personnel.
