US Secretary of State Antony Blinken went on a Middle East tour this time when phone diplomacy did not yield results.
After visiting many capitals, Blinken landed at Esenboğa airport on a military cargo plane the night before.
WELCOME WITH A BANNER WITH ABU UBAIDA
A meaningful action was greatly appreciated during the hours when Blinken landed in Ankara Esenboğa.
Young people who are members of the Anatolian Youth Association Ankara Universities Commission gave Blinken a 'welcome' surprise with Abu Ubaida.
Banners saying "Baby Killer", especially the Palestinian flag, were hung on the overpasses of the protocol roads where Blinken will pass.
But one banner attracted attention. The youth also hung a photo of Qassam Brigades Spokesperson Abu Ubaida on the overpass.
PROTESTERS TAKE ACTION IN THE MORNING HOURS
Blinken, who was met with a remarkable protest at night, woke up with a protest in the morning. Activists gathered in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and hung a giant Palestinian flag.
At the protest, which took place during Blinken's visit to Foreign Affairs, US support for Israel's brutality was condemned, while slogans such as "Down with imperialist murderers" and "Human dignity will defeat Zionism" were chanted.
BREAK BLINKEN'S PLAN
At the demonstration in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, "While the bodies of babies and children are being torn to pieces in the genocide that continues before the eyes of the whole world, the oppressors talk about the invaders' right to defend themselves. He wants to lay the groundwork for the exile of the people of Gaza to the south. We demand that the plan of Blinken, who previously said that he came to the occupied territories as a Jew, be stolen", it was said.
AGD Ankara Branch President Mustafa Koyuncu reacted to Blinken in his speech and shouted once again that they are always with the oppressed people of Gaza.
