One of Turkey's spiritual leaders, preacher-writer Ahmet Tomor Hodja passed away. Ahmet Tomor Hodja, who is known for his sermons all over Turkey, especially in Sakarya, contributed to the training of many science students throughout his life.
Ahmet Tomor Hodja, whose works were translated into many languages, was buried in the Erenler Cemetery after the funeral prayer that was held after the noon prayer in Sakarya İmam-ı Azam Mosque yesterday.
The funeral prayer organized for the late Ahmet Tomor Hodja was performed by the President of Religious Affairs Prof. Dr. Ali Erbaş. Sakarya Governor Çetin Oktay Kaldirim, Felicity (Saadet) Party General Administrative Board members Eyüp Yıldırım and Ömer Abdullah Ayhan, Sakarya Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem Yüce and many citizens attended the funeral.
