The January Council Meeting of Konya Provincial Presidency of the Saadet Party was held online. Participating in the meeting, Saadet Party Spokesperson Birol Aydın made evaluations on current issues, especially economy and alliance discussions.
Spokesman of the Felicity (Saadet) Party, Birol Aydın, who started his speech by drawing attention to the problems experienced by the citizen, "People are looking at the street, looking at their cell phones, looking at their cars, hospitals, buildings, bridges, roads. Probably they say we are rich. But he looks at the bazaar, the market, looks at his shopping, looks at his child, his future, his planning, the amount of money in his pocket, and looks at areas that will benefit from education and health. He is experiencing a confusion. This is a leather shirt dressed to Turkey, and our rulers have always been modern jugglers," he said.
Referring to the alliance discussions conducted through the Felicity Party, Aydın said, "It is important not to speak firmly, but to stand on solid ground. That is what the Saadet Party does. Now they are talking about the Saadet Party for it, and they do not have a promise to us, saying "What do you think about it?" They both express and say insistently that the elections will be in June 2023, and they are holding an alliance debate from today. At best, the Justice and Development Party has an agenda, it runs this agenda. Maybe we will encounter some more severe situations in the coming period. They will come over us. On one side or another, it doesn't matter. That is why Saadet Party members do politics on a solid ground. As a conscious movement and conscious community, it does business knowing what its word, behavior and existence correspond to."
Speaking at the meeting, Saadet Party Konya Provincial Chairman Hüseyin Saydam, "As of the point we have reached, Turkey has become in need of National Vision (Milli Görüş) policies and the Saadet Party. There is no one other than the Saadet Party that Turkey can get out of its current situation. For this, we should work harder as organizations, explain ourselves and our policies to our citizens, and we should not ignore anyone," he said.
