The economic map of Turkey in recent years reveals that economic diseases, which are called crisis, but gradually spread like a virus in our country, hit the least income. According to researches, purchasing power of products such as bread, shelter and gasoline, which are the main needs of the citizens, has decreased, while the demand for technological products that capitalism have offered as "need" has an explosion of demand.
TURKISH STATISTICAL AUTHORITY DECLARED
Reports say that the increase in the monthly Consumer Price Index declared by TUIK as 7 percent was realized between 7.58 and 7.7 percent for daily and wage earners. Between November 2003-November 2016, the general rate of increase was 177.6 percent, compared with 195 percent for regular payers. According to these calculations, Inflation does not effect the rich, but it drives the poor into more complicated condition.

In the main spending items such as housing, nutrition, purchasing power decreased significantly in the face of inflation. The most serious losses in selected products were in white vegetables such as white cheese with 41 percent, olive oil with 36 percent, rents with 26 percent, veal with 23 percent, eggs with 19 percent, bread with 18 percent, tomato with 16 percent.
INFLATION EFFECTS THE POOR
It was noted that inflation data were calculated by BISAM using different groups according to TUIK Consumption Expenditures Statistics and TUIK Consumer Price Index Expenditure Results. According to the calculation result, during the period of AKP governments, inflation resulted different results for various income and consumption groups. Between November 2003-November 2016, the general rate of increase was 177.6 percent, compared with 195 percent for regular payers. HIDDEN POVERTY IS INCREASING
BISAM also calculated the rates of hidden impoverishment for the period November 2003-November 2016, which revealed the level of impoverishment caused by the difference between general inflation figures and inflation of different groups.
