Building related issues in new package directed to mediator

With the 7th judicial package prepared by the Ministry of Justice, problems arising from condominium and neighborhood relations will go to the mediator instead of the court.

It will be obligatory to go to the mediator in all matters within the scope of rent, condominium and neighborhood relations.

If these issues cannot be resolved in a mediator within a month, the issue can be brought to court.
