The general authorized union Bureau Memur-Sen reacted to the regulation in the Official Gazette regarding the Social Insurance Institution (SGK) personnel.

In the statement made by the union, it was stated that the demands of the SGK personnel, such as providing Social Security Compensation, increasing the additional payment rates, and bringing in specialist staff, should be fulfilled.

In a written statement made by the union, "With the decree published in the Official Gazette the other day, it has been made official to pay SGK personnel up to 50 hours, based on 5 times the overtime hour wages determined in the Central Budget. He finds this situation, which is tried to be shown as a "share of silence" in the Social Security Institution, insufficient; We want the reward of our hard work and hard work."
 
In the statement, it was stated that the personnel of the Social Security Institution experienced the busiest days in its history due to the staff given to the contracted employees and the regulation of 3600 additional indicators, as well as those who lost their rights due to the Decree No. 666.
 
"This intensity causes the personnel to wear out both physically and mentally," it was said by the union.
 
"Considering the intensity caused by the staff arrangements for EYT, 3600 and contracted employees in the Social Security Institution, we demand Social Security Compensation, increase in additional payment rates, and bring in specialist staff. We want these demands to be put into practice as soon as possible and the grievances to be eliminated; otherwise, as a sign of our union struggle, we respectfully declare to the public that we will raise our voices with actions to seek our rights in the institution and in the fields," the union said.
