Cafer Güneş, Deputy Chairman of the Felicity (Saadet) Party made important evaluations about the agenda at the press conference held at Saadet Party Balgat Education Center.

Güneş, who started his speech by wishing mercy from God to the citizens who died due to coronavirus epidemic, which also affected our country, and urgent healing to the patients, called on the citizens to comply with the precautions taken in this process.

Commenting on the execution bill adopted in the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Saadet Party Vice President Cafer Güneş said, "On the first day of the amnesty discussions, Mr. President showed the right understanding that" the state can only forgive the crimes made to him".

"However, at the end of the road with this understanding, a draft prepared without any opinion was prepared and the draft prepared was accepted in the Assembly. The only thing we will say here is, we hope that this bill does not cause new victimizations and does not enlarge existing victimizations." he said.

NO SUPPORT FOR CITIZENSHIP IS PROVIDED

Güneş, who made evaluations about the support packages announced by the government after the coronavirus outbreak, "While calling the citizen 'stay at home', items such as discounts on plane ticket prices, ease in housing loans, raising the lowest salaries of retirees to 1500 lira, and highlighting the holiday payments came out. However, the citizen was not given any support to be medicine during his stay at home," he added.

THE TIMING OF THE CURFEW WAS WRONG

Güneş also mentioned the curfew decision, which was applied last weekend and caused great controversy in the public with the images she revealed before, “The timing of the two-day curfew was wrong. 300 thousand people fused on the streets without any precautions. We hope this does not cause new cases to arise and the authorities take the required lesson” he criticized.

A BILL IS MADE WITHOUT TALKING TO ANYONE

Expressing her views on the "Enforcement Law" adopted by the Assembly, Güneş said:

"On the first day of the amnesty debate, Mr. President showed the correct understanding that “the state can only forgive crimes made to him”. However, at the end of the road with this understanding, a draft prepared without any opinion was prepared and the draft prepared was accepted in the Assembly. We hope that the only thing we will say here is that this bill does not cause new grievances and does not increase existing grievances."
