Necmettin Çalışkan, who stated that Bayram Ali Ersoy, who was brought to the Presidency of Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) after the problems in Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS), is a qualified academician, drew attention to the problems experienced in the past at ÖSYM. Necmettin Çalışkan stated that Bayram Ali Ersoy has all the competencies expected of him and wished that the problems experienced in the past would not be experienced again.

Stating that ÖSYM President Bayram Ali Ersoy has successfully performed the duties he assumed in the past, Saadet Party General Administrative Board (GİK) Member Assoc. Dr. Necmettin Çalışkan said, “Bayram Ali Ersoy is a professor of mathematics. He is a graduate of Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ), worked as the General Secretary of Yıldız Technical University (YTÜ) and has his signature in many projects. He could have held office in many places until today, but he always preferred to stay in the background. In my opinion, he is one of the rare minds raised by Turkey in his field and he is a humble person. Ersoy, who has successfully fulfilled many of the tasks he has undertaken in the past, I believe that he will fulfill his duty as the President of ÖSYM, which he has undertaken, as well. In an important institution such as ÖSYM, the problems experienced from the past to the present are known. His appointment in this sensitive period was very accurate, and it will eliminate many problems experienced in OSYM in the coming days. A qualified president has been appointed to ÖSYM.”
Clarifying the allegations made against Bayram Ali Ersoy, “Our teacher Ersoy is a knowledgeable scientist in an active position. Anyone with an academic career can be invited anywhere as a speaker and go and speak. The important thing is not where he went, but what he said and what he told,” Necmettin Çalışkan added.
