20 WATER WELL DRILLED

In addition to the Ramadan parcels, Cansuyu also carried out a series of activities to ensure the livelihood and economic development of the people of the region.

Cansuyu, which provides livestock assistance in designated areas in Chad, opened 20 clean water wells in the arid villages of the city's Ndjamena region for clean water needs.

With the wells drilled, tens of thousands of Chadians have access to clean water.

"WE ARE IN CHAD TO SHARE THE JOY OF RAMADAN"

On the other hand, Cansuyu slaughtered the votive, aqiqa and gratitude sacrifices donated by benefactors in the Ngule refugee camp and the camps on the Cameroon border, and delivered their meat to 20 thousand people in need.

Making statements about the organization held, Cansuyu Association Foreign Relations Coordinator Mesut Ceylan stated that the aid provided met a great need of the people in the region.

"We are in the Central African Country of Chad to share the blessings and joy of Ramadan with our brothers. We meticulously deliver the relics of our charitable citizens from Turkey to our brothers in need. The people of the region showed great satisfaction and prayed for these aids from Turkey," he said.

“WE REACHED 20,000 NEEDY PEOPLE”

Speaking about the content of the aid, Ceylan said, "We distributed our Ramadan food supplies to our families in need, which will meet their 1-month food needs. Later, we drilled 20 clean water wells in arid villages for the benefit of 10 thousands of our brothers in order to meet the need for clean water in the region. As part of our on-site development project, we distributed 20 live animals and slaughtered the votive, aqiqa, and gratitude sacrifices entrusted to us, and distributed their meat to 20,000 needy people."
