Cansuyu Aid and Solidarity Association, which delivers the al-Adha meat of philanthropists to oppressed and aggrieved geographies every year, carried out the 2021 al-Adha Organization Evaluation in Ankara with the participation of its volunteers.

Cansuyu Chairman Mustafa Köylü, Deputy Chairman Hasan Yaşar, General Accountant Cemalettin Lafçı, Members of the Board of Directors Halil Adıgüzel, Muhammet Polat, Abdülkadir Özkan, Medet Bulut, Ahmet Yorulmaz, Cansuyu provincial representatives, Cansuyu personnel who went to the regions for al-Adha activities and volunteers were participated.

Mustafa Köylü, Chairman of the Cansuyu Association, who made the opening speech of the meeting that started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, said that the disasters that have occurred in our country in the last period have suffered painful losses.

"In the past days, we have experienced great difficulties with the flood disasters that occurred in our Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia regions, and we have suffered painful losses. There are hundreds of missing citizens, especially in Kastamonu, Bartın and Sinop. Before the flood, fires occurred one after another all over the country. More than 300 of our forest areas were burned in 55 provinces. Sometimes such great disasters occur that this process cannot be overcome without the power of the state and the power of the people. In such situations, we need to act together in solidarity. We, as Cansuyu, have put forth a great effort to heal the wounds of our citizens in the region from the first moment of the disasters," he said.

“WE CONTINUED TO BE WITH PEOPLE IN NEED”

Köylü stated that as Cansuyu Association, they successfully exited the 17th al-Adha Organization.

"As Cansuyu Association, we organized our 17th al-Adha Organization this year. We made our 2021 victim planning, taking into account the pandemic conditions, as it was last year. We sent our teams to some regions, and in some regions we made cutting and distribution through our staff and partner organizations. By prioritizing crisis regions, we continued to stand by people in need at home and around the world. Alhamdulillah, we managed to successfully exit our 2021 al-Adha Organization by delivering their relics to millions of needy. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to our representatives and volunteers, especially our donors, who have made an effort to ensure that the relics reach their true owners," he added.

VOLUNTEERS WERE GIVEN A 'THANK YOU' PLATE

At the meeting where the Cansuyu Eid al-Adha Organization was discussed and trainings were held for the upcoming periods, they gave information about the Cansuyu management units and made a training presentation. Later, the teams that went to the countries presented their reports. At the end of the 3-day meeting, Cansuyu management presented a plaque of appreciation to the representatives, staff and volunteers who were successful in the 2021 al-Adha Organization. After the souvenir photo, the meeting ended.
