The Proposal of Law on Not Subjecting Women to Any Coercion Other than Wearing Attire within the Scope of the Execution of Their Professions was submitted to the Presidency of the Assembly with the signatures of MPs Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Engin Özkoç and Özgür Özel.
In the proposal with 3 articles, “Women who are employed in public institutions and organizations and who perform a profession in connection with professional organizations in the nature of public institutions and their superior organizations, can wear gowns, aprons, uniforms, etc., which must be worn within the scope of the performance of their profession and should not be subjected to any coercion in a way that violates fundamental rights and freedoms, such as wearing or not wearing clothes,” the proposal said.
