Citizen pays the bill of the economic crisis again!

The economic crisis in Turkey is getting deeper day by day. While the government could not prevent the price hikes, transportation became more expensive after the increase in fuel oil by more than one hundred percent.

After the long-standing economic crisis and the successive price hikes in fuel oil, transportation has been costly.

As a result of the increase in fuel oil by more than 100 percent, there were hikes from public transportation to minibuses, from taxis to school buses in all provinces, especially in metropolitan cities, and lastly, a 40 percent increase was made in transportation in Istanbul yesterday. 

Full electronic ticket price increased from 5,48 Turkish Liras (TL) to 7,67 TL, full subscription fee increased from 430 TL to 602 TL, student subscription increased from 78 TL to 109 TL, first transfer increased from 3,92 to 5,48 TL. 

While the yellow taxi opening fee is 9,8 TL, the yellow taxi short-distance fare becomes 28 TL from 20 TL; The hop-on hop-off fee for the minibus increased from 3,75 to 5,25 TL. 

The school service fee, which is an expense item that burns families' pockets, has increased from 396 TL to 554 TL. 

The personnel service fee increased from 211 TL to 295 TL, and the taxi dolmush fare increased from 7,25 TL to 10 TL.
