In the 3600 additional indicator regulation, which millions of civil servants are eagerly waiting for, the last corner is turned. The third of the meetings, in which the Government and the Memur-Sen Confederation are a party, will be held today. This third meeting of 3600 additional indicators, the first meeting of which was held on February 16, will also be held at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. The meeting, which will be chaired by Minister Bilgin, will be attended by the management of the Memur-Sen Confederation, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the Presidency Strategy and Budget Department and the officials of the relevant institutions. At the table, the parties will negotiate on the staff and titles for which 3600 additional indicators will be given.

CIVIL SERVANTS WANT A TRANSPARENT PROCESS

Although the civil servant side expects hopeful news from the government, it also criticized the government's side still not submitting an offer so far. In the calls made by Memur-Sen Confederation, representing the civil servants' side in the negotiations, asked government to present the proposal regarding the regulation to the table. The civil servant side, who wants the process to be conducted open to consultation and transparent, noted that a fair arrangement can only be realized with such a process management.

RETIREES’ BONUSES AND FEES WILL INCREASED BY 25 PERCENT

The additional indicator regulation, which is expected to be submitted to the Parliament after the meetings and become law in 2022, is of great importance for retirement bonuses and salaries. If the current additional indicator from 2200 increases to 3600, bonuses and pensions will increase by about 25 percent.
