Board, the government's proposal for 2020 4+4 percent, for 2021, 3+3 percent of the hike rate determined.

Turkish labour union, Memur-Sen Chairman Ali Yalçın reacted to the decision and said, "The public employer's proposal is inadequate and the arbitral tribunal's decision is unfair. The arbitral tribunal acted as a notary public to the public employer. The institution of arbitration was stained. The arbitral tribunal was amazed by justice", he reacted.

The last word in the 5th period collective bargaining process which has been going on since the beginning of August has been said by the Arbitration Committee of Public Officials.

“AUTHORITY OF THE REFEREE COMMITTEE IS OPEN FOR DISCUSSION”

Yalçın stated that the decision of the arbitral tribunal made 3 issues negotiable, "The reliability of the public employer, the autonomy of the arbitral tribunal and the inadequacy of the Public Servants' Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Law No. 4688 made these issues debatable. As of today, collective bargaining is behind, questions remain in mind", he said.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MINISTER?

Family, Labor and Social Services Minister Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, who is the head of the Public Employer Delegation, asks what happened to the minutes held by Yalçın, "Why didn't the service arms be called for consensus? What happened to the minutes held by the public employer bureaucrats and the minutes that the minister said, "I keep it just in case?? Why didn't the agreed offers come to the table despite the law? The institution of arbitration was stained. The arbitral tribunal was shocked by justice. The arbitral tribunal acted as a notary public to the public employer and acted as a party. The proposal of the public employer is insufficient and the decision of the Ground Jury is unjust".

NO MATCHES AGREED AT THE TABLE

Labour Union Memur-Sen demanded 8+7 percent for the year 2020 and 6+6 percent for the year 2021, said Ali Yalçın, President of the Confederation of Memur-Sen.

"This proposal was accepted by our nation. We were at the table until the last minute to solve the problems. Public employer, contrary to the law, compromised and uncompromised issues violated the provision of the separate record. Although 11 service branch unions were present, the unions were not called for a dispute report. As the unions have avoided signing, the determination report was communicated to us. We also carried this unlawful application to the Ground Jury. The arbitral tribunal ignored the compromises reached at the table", he said.
