Coalition government protests Constitutional Court in Pakistan

In Pakistan, supporters of the coalition government started a sit-in in front of the Constitutional Court on the grounds that it showed "pro-former Prime Minister Imran Khan stance".

Supporters of the Islamic Ulema Community Party (JUI-F), which is in the Pakistan Democratic Movement coalition, gathered in front of the court in the capital, Islamabad.
 
Supporters of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Party also set off from Rawalpindi for the capital.
 
The crowd chanting slogans against former Prime Minister Khan and President of the Constitutional Court Omar Ata Bandial in front of the Constitutional Court started a sit-in around the court.
 
Protesters are reacting to "Bandial's pro-Khan stance".
 
JUI-F leader Mawlana Fazlur Rahman is expected to come to the court and give a speech.
 
On May 8, the Pakistani military described former Prime Minister Imran Khan's claims that a senior intelligence official was behind the assassination of him as "irresponsible and unfounded".
