Mecca's Conquest programs were celebrated in all cities and districts, as well as in Europe, Africa, Northern Cyprus and Azerbaijan. While the main theme of the programs was Jerusalem, the Gaza resistance was supported and Israel's attacks were once again condemned.
Anatolian Youth Association (AGD) - National Youth Foundation (MGV) organized the 1393rd anniversary of the Conquest of Mecca program, which it organizes every year, with the slogan "Rise and Warn, Good News of the Conquest".
While supporting the resistance in Gaza with the main theme of Jerusalem, the programs also prayed for our heroic soldier who sacrificed his life for the sake of the country and the martyrs of Gaza.
AGD - MGV Chairman Salih Turhan participated in the conquest program held at Kırşehir Neşet Ertaş Congress Center, organized by Kırşehir Branch.
Turhan stated that they carried out the Conquest of Mecca program at the same time in a total of 600 points in 81 provinces and districts of Turkey, various parts of Europe, Africa, Azerbaijan and Cyprus, and touched upon why they carried out their conquest program.
“WE ARE THE DESCENDANTS OF ANCESTORS WHO MADE HISTORY, NOT READ IT”
Salih Turhan started his speech by responding to those who brought the history of the Conquest of Mecca into discussion.
"They say, 'Is the date of the Conquest of Mecca December 31? 'Why are they celebrating on this date?' they ask. In particular, we do many good works regarding our history and our faith. Our young people in the Anatolian Youth Association know history based on chronology very well. They know very well when the conquest took place and by whom. However, there is something our young people know better; Our young people know the meaning and love of these conquests and make an effort to apply them to their lives. In that respect, no one should put us to the test. We are the grandchildren of ancestors who wrote history, not read it," Turhan said.
“EVERY SIDE OF JERUSALEM BELONGS TO ISLAM, BELONGS TO MUSLIMS”
Turhan added that Muslims have been martyred in Gaza for 75 years.
"This time, Muslims started a war of conquest against the Zionists, who seized the usurped Palestinian lands at 21 points. What is happening in Gaza is not the conquest of 3-5 people there, it is the conquest struggle of an Islamic army working strategically day and night. The one who conquers a glorious city, an honorable city, becomes glorious, honorable and honourable. It's a matter of luck. Thank God, our brothers who have been fighting for conquest for 80 days are in a great and glorious struggle," Turhan added.
