Coronavirus worldwide: The number of confirmed cases approaches 4M

At least 265,026 people have so far died from the coronavirus pandemic around the world.

The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
 
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 1,263,183 cases, followed by Spain with 253,682 cases, Italy with 214,457 cases, the United Kingdom with 201,101 cases, France with 174,194 cases, Germany with 168,174 cases, Russia with 165,129 cases, Turkey with 131,744 cases, Brazil with 126,611 cases, Iran with 101,650 cases and China with 82,885 cases.
 
A total of 1,384,385 patients have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide.
