The coronavirus pandemic, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 1,095,210 cases, followed by Spain with 239,639 cases, Italy with 205,463 cases, the United Kingdom with 171,253 cases, France with 167,178 cases, Germany with 163,009 cases, Turkey with 120,204 cases, Russia with 106,498 cases ,Iran with 94,640 cases, Brazil with 87,187 cases and China with 82,874 cases.
A total of 1,042,874 patients have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide.
