In the application, it was pointed out that in a part of the article, the elements related to the crime of obscenity determined in the Turkish Penal Code were published in an environment that can be easily reached by all segments without age limit, and said, “A nurse and a doctor are used as subjects in the so-called joke, which terrifies even reading. This article, which humiliates and offends the patient, the disease, the nurse and doctor, as well as the health workers, also disregards the general moral rules.”
