In the "daily rental" houses, which have increased remarkably recently, economic, security and moral problems are "hosted".

While the citizens, who are the biggest victims of the economic crisis, had great troubles in finding a house to lay their heads on, it was revealed that foreigners who bought a house in Turkey made a profit by converting their houses into daily rental flats.

This troubled situation, which is striking in many parts of Turkey, poses a great danger for our country, both economically, socially and morally.

In Alanya, one of the important tourism districts of Antalya, the sales of residences by foreign citizens are increasing day by day. In the district, where people from more than 100 countries live, it was determined that foreign citizens rented the houses they bought in recent years on a daily and monthly basis.

It was stated that the resident foreigners rented out their houses when they returned to their country, while it was learned that the owners of the houses living abroad rented their houses when they did not come to Alanya.

Özgür Erbaş, Chairman of Alanya Real Estate Agents Association (ALEMDER), stated that Russian and Ukrainian homeowners have taken this initiative due to the high rental income.

Emphasizing that a contract is made with real estate agents, ALEMDER Chairman Erbaş said that the rented flat is invoiced and the real estate agent pays taxes.

Stating that this situation is troublesome, Erbaş said, "We do not know the people who came. In particular, there are some sites that offer daily rentals. Coming from another country. They keep it like a daily apartment, like a hotel. Without knowing who it is, there is no control. Are the remaining people suitable for the apartment or not? This needs to be checked."

“THE PEOPLE THAT COMING ARE UNKNOWN, NO AUDIT...”

Expressing that mostly Russian and Ukrainian homeowners are taking this initiative, Alanya Realtors Association Chairman Özgür Erbaş said, "We do not know the people who came. In particular, there are some sites that offer daily rentals. Coming from another country. They keep it like a daily apartment, like a hotel. Without knowing who it is, there is no control. Are the remaining people suitable for the apartment or not? This needs to be checked."

"IT IS A GREAT DANGER TO SOCIETY'S ETHICAL STRUCTURE"

Unsupervised daily rental apartments also pose a great danger to the moral fabric of society. It is known that some of the daily rental apartments, which are also used for sightseeing and business trips, have experienced unethical acts.

DAILY RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE TOP RANGE

The damage caused by the sale of residences to foreigners is not limited to Alanya or touristic areas. The situation in Istanbul, Turkey's largest metropolitan city, is not much different from Alanya. When a search is made for "flats for rent" on real estate sites for many districts of Istanbul, "daily rental flats" appear in the first place.

TERRORISTS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE TO SHELTER

In Turkey, where many people from different nationalities come and go, the transformation of daily rental flats into a systematic income model away from inspection poses a serious threat to the national security of our country.

“THE DAMAGE TO ALANYA BOTH IN A TAX AND DEMOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE”

Explaining the damages of this situation, Erbaş said that the daily rental flat business is dependent on the procedures. Emphasizing the increase in inspections, ALEMDER President Erbaş said, "You have to register to the Pensioners' Room, to the identity notification system. You have to report every person who enters. But these foreigners do not obey them. We are trying to inform them by giving trainings about them. They try everything for money. This has damage to Alanya both in terms of tax and demographic structure. The apartments these people bought need to be inspected. Apart hotels have damages to hotels. Building managers need to be audited. It is necessary to know who enters and leaves the building. Mukhtars need to internalize this issue more. All state institutions should be involved in this work."
