Stating that the workers who were not covered by the transfer due to the 70 percent tender threshold during the transition from the subcontractor to the staff were offended, Öz Sağlık-İş Union Chairman Devlet Sert stated that the employees were waiting for good news about the transition to the staff.
“STAFF TO CONTRACTORS REVOLUTION SHOULD NOT BE SHADED BY UNFAIRNESS”
Stating that steps should be taken to re-employ employees who were excluded from the scope of the 70 percent threshold and were sentenced to subcontractors, Sert said, “This injustice, which has been going on for 5 years, must come to an end. The subcontracted cadre revolution, which includes 1 million workers, should not be overshadowed by the injustice done to the workers who were excluded reaching 100 thousand.”
“SHOULD END AS SOON AS POSSIBLE”
Stating that the victimization has been going on for 5 years, Sert called for the end of the process by granting the right of transition to the staff of the workers who were aggrieved as soon as possible. “We continue our work in the transition to staff process that is evaluated as revolution by us. Our eyes and ears are on the good news of the staff that will be given to our workers who are out of scope. We demand an end to the 5-year grievance as soon as possible.”
