"Öz Sağlık-İş" Union rolled up its sleeves to continue the education of disabled children in Gaza. "Öz Sağlık-İş" Union signed the construction protocol of the 'Palestine-Gaza Hope-Running Children's School for the Disabled', which aims to provide education and rehabilitation to 250 disabled children from Gaza. Mahmut Arslan, Chairman of Hak-İş Confederation, also attended the signing ceremony.
ARSLAN: “WE LIGHTED A CANDLE AGAINST THE DARKNESS”
Stating that they lit a candle in the darkness with this school project, Arslan said, "All problems in Palestine and Gaza are not solved with this school, but instead of swearing at the darkness, one needs to light a candle. We light a candle with this school. I hope the candles there will grow and extinguish the fire of the cruelty of the oppressors."
SERT: “WE WILL BUILD A MODERN SCHOOL”
Oz Saglik-Is Union Chairman Devlet Sert stated that they will build a fully-fledged modern school in Gaza where 250 disabled children will receive education and rehabilitation services, pointed out that they will collaborate with Light House Association for the construction of this school. Stating that with the school to be built, children with disabilities in Gaza will hold on to life and run for new lives, Sert emphasized that they want the school to be completed as soon as possible by providing the financing in cash.
