Danish anti-Islam politician Rasmus Paludan had recently extended his hand to our holy book, the Qur’an, in front of the Turkish Embassy in Sweden. After the aforementioned arrogance, reactions poured out from all over the Islamic world against Sweden and against a dishonorable and anti-Islamic person named Paludan. In Turkey, there were many protest demonstrations in the presence of the public. On the other hand, the government in Turkey reacted to the abomination, and it was emphasized that this demand of Sweden, whose NATO membership was on the agenda, would be responded negatively.
DO NOT GIVE NATO PERMISSION TO SWEDEN
Even though the government reacts against Sweden, whose entry into NATO depends on Turkey's approval, both Deniz Yücel and Father Andrew Brunson cases, brings the question of “Will Turkey approve Sweden's NATO membership in the coming period?” to the mind. As it will be remembered, the Justice and Development Party (AKP) government at first displayed a clear stance regarding the extradition of Brunson to the USA and Deniz Yücel to Germany, but then the government returned and stepped back. Although past events are full of negativity, millions of Turkish citizens demand that Islam-hating Sweden not be allowed to join NATO.
