Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu evaluated the developments in Afghanistan.

Çavuşoğlu's "We will act together with the international community on this issue. We agree with everyone we are meeting now, from the USA to Russia to China," expressions caused disappointment.

The fact that Çavuşoğlu, in fact the government, saw "agreeing" with the imperialist states that have occupied Afghanistan for 20 years and are responsible for today's unstable and chaotic landscape as the "only solution" and did not invite Islamic countries to take the initiative in this regard, became the picture of "learned helplessness".

“WE WILL MOVE TOGETHER WITH THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY”

Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu made statements regarding the latest developments in Afghanistan. Stating that there are more than 4,500 Turkish citizens living in Afghanistan, Çavuşoğlu said that they will continue to bring those who want to return.

Çavuşoğlu said that they invited the political wing of the Taliban to Turkey before the Taliban entered Kabul.

"We have communication through different channels. We have contacts in both Kabul and Doha. They say we will establish an inclusive government. We need to see whether a truly inclusive government will be established or not. We will also act together with the international community. We agree with everyone we are meeting now, from the USA to Russia to China. You have to act and coordinate with the international community," he said.

THE OFFER "LET'S BRING THE AFGANS AND KEEP THEM HERE" NEVER TALKED

Çavuşoğlu on the allegations of an immigration agreement with the USA, "There has never been such an agreement. Such an offer has never come to us. The offer of 'Let's bring the Afghans here' never came. Even if it comes, we do not accept it. We even rejected the offer to issue a visa through Turkey, later they corrected it," he added.
